Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Legal teams to design and implement platform enhancements.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from feasibility studies and requirements analysis through UAT and post-implementation review.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Define project scope, manage expectations, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Performance Tracking: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and achieve targeted outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management or product development within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
  • Experience with client-facing or internal enterprise software solutions.
  • Must equip experience about managing full software development cycle
  • Knowledge of Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, or data quality management is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence outcomes, and navigate complex projects.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design is a plus.
