Job Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of Virtual and Online Services Operations team. Manage a team of supervisors and tellers to provide service to customers including account opening, AML checking and daily banking transaction such as deposit, withdrawal, account transfer and etc.
- Provide guidance to subordinates to answer account questions, resolve service issues and build relationship with the customers. Able to diagnose and resolve customer issues independently;
- Ensure all operations are carried out in a proper manner and full compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and track internal business reporting of the business unit regularly.
- Act as coordinator for the Department to liaise with customers and other departments in daily operation.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements - Degree holder to above;
- At least 10 years working experience in handling banking operations: account opening/deposit/e-banking services, of which 5 years at supervisory level.
- Familiar with general consumer banking products and services, banking practices, relevant banking ordinances and regulatory requirements. Rich knowledge in AML requirement is required.
- Excellent business sense, communication, interpersonal and reporting skills.
- Mature, self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
