Your new role - Lead and manage end-to-end Anaplan implementation projects - including scoping, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilisation.
- Drive continuous enhancement of existing FP&A models, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate and execute UAT cycles, ensuring comprehensive testing, documentation, and sign-off.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient model designs.
- Partner with different teams to ensure technical alignment and project quality.
- Provide training and support to finance users to build organisational capability.
- Ensure alignment with best practices in data integrity, workflow governance, and model structure.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance transformation roles.
- Proven track record managing Anaplan implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, month-end, performance analytics).
- Hands-on experience with UAT management, test script creation, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid project management skills-able to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables independently.
