Senior Vice President (Structured Product Trader) – Financial Product and Trading Department

Job Duties:

• Design and pricing based on market conditions; Execute structured product trading in accordance with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Ensure P&L generation in supporting business platform growth; monitor and manage portfolio and strategy to mitigate risk exposure
• Liaise with structurer, middle office, technology and operations as well as risk and product control team in ensuring various operational and risk issues
• Handle cash and liquidity management, ensure the platform has sufficient liquidity for daily settlement and reduce funding cost by refinancing stock inventory and money market tools
• Collaborate with different counterparts in rolling out new products to ensure smooth deployment in production environment
• Support other team member and handle other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent with professional qualification such as CFA or FRM is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in equity structured product trading and structuring
• Strong strategic understanding on financial markets and in‑depth product knowledge across equity structured solutions
• Excellent analytical and technical skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, python, BBG tools and other trading/platform tools
• A quick learner, think fast and able to challenge the status quo
• Attention to details, accurate, good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is required
