Key Responsibilities

  • Execute M&A, IPO, and financing transactions from origination through closing
  • Build and review financial models, including valuation, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
  • Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and client materials
  • Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and due diligence
  • Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and external stakeholders
  • Support senior bankers in client communication and deal execution

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or related fields
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance concepts
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus, depending on coverage)
