Role Title: Human Resources Coordinator Department: Talent Location: Hong Kong / Singapore Type: 6 - 9 months contract Job Summary: The HR Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational HR support across our Australia business and deliver end-to-end talent acquisition support for Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. This is a hands-on role responsible for offer letter and employment contract generation, onboarding coordination, background check vendor management, online and offline new hire record administration, and ensuring compliance with local employment and privacy laws. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
Job Responsibilities: - Australia HR Operations
- Provide operational HR support for the Australian business, including employee file maintenance, P@L updates, and HR administration (including sending regular reports to HRBP team for various purposes).
- Work closely with AU HRBPs and payroll team to ensure the local compliance.
- Maintain HR documentation and filing in line with data privacy and record-keeping requirements.
- Talent Acquisition Support (HK, SG, AU)
- Generate and issue offer letters and standard employment contracts tailored to local legal requirements and company policy
- Coordinate pre-employment checks: background checks, and any required certifications
- Manage relationships with background-check vendors and local compliance partners; oversee vendor SLAs and quality
- Prepare and manage onboarding materials and processes for new hires across HK, SG and AU (welcome packs, IT access requests, P@L update)
- Ensure onboarding completion (documents returned, background checks cleared, system access provisioned) before start date; escalate issues to relevant parties and/or APAC HR Ops Manager
- Act as an administrator for P@L - ensure data integrity and timely updates
- Produce standard and Talent Acquisition support reports (onboarding completion rates, background check turnaround).
- Ensure consistency of templates, policies and processes across jurisdictions while accommodating local requirements
- Work closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver timely HR outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and high professional standards in handling employee and candidate information
Job Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) is preferable
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in HR operations or recruitment coordination, ideally supporting multiple APAC jurisdictions
- Practical experience preparing offer letters and employment contracts and managing pre-employment/background checks
- Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
