Job Description

1. Cloud and AI Marketing Campaigns

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Alibaba Cloud and AI services.

Highlight competitive differentiation and key use cases in cloud and AI solutions through targeted messaging and content.

Design and execute innovative initiatives (events, webinars, digital campaigns, etc.) to connect with key audience segments, including enterprise clients, startups, and developers.

2. Lead Generation and Pipeline Acceleration

Plan and execute demand generation strategies, leveraging multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, events, paid media) to achieve lead acquisition and conversion goals.

Track ROI on marketing investments and optimize activities to maximize the generation of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

Align with the sales team to enable seamless communication, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.

3. Content and Thought Leadership

Produce and localize marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and presentations, to effectively communicate Alibaba Cloud's value.

Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to tailor global messaging for the local market, ensuring cultural and industry relevance.

Expand thought leadership efforts in AI and cloud technologies through events, sponsorships, collaborations, and media engagement.

4. Market Localization and Analytics

Analyze the competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends to ensure go-to-market strategies align with Hong Kong-specific demands.

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize future marketing activities.

5. Partnership Marketing

Collaborate with industry partners, system integrators, and third-party platforms to co-develop joint marketing initiatives that expand reach and drive adoption of Alibaba Cloud solutions.

Act as a marketing liaison to strengthen relationships with ecosystem partners in Hong Kong.

Position Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline

2. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a focus on cloud computing, AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

3. Proven track record in strategizing and executing lead generation campaigns.

4. Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Expertise in digital marketing tactics, including Social Media, SEO, email, and account-based marketing (ABM).

6. Ability to create compelling content for technical and non-technical audiences.

7. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
