Your new role - Make outbound calls to promote personal loan products.
- Follow up with online applications and help convert them into completed sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow company procedures and provide quality service to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
What you'll need to succeed - Secondary school education or above, with 3+ years of sales experience in consumer finance and a good understanding of digital lending products.
- Proactive, self-motivated, mature, and positive.
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Direct Sales Representative.
