We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an
Assistant Manager, Customer Growth and Commercialisation. In this role you will need: - Own and manage below-the-line campaign development and customer communications to drive customer growth and New-to-Life penetration in the mass market
- Develop and execute policyholder engagement programmes and communications to build customer loyalty and differentiate INHK from competitors
- Ensure campaigns and customer communications are executed in alignment with internal and external regulatory guidelines, including cross-border and use of gift guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Proposition, Distribution, Retail Sales & Call Centre, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and Legal on programme execution through both manned and digital channels
- Work closely with Data team on using data to identify and analyze target segments and prospects, utilizing data-driven insights to refine and enhance customer campaigns/targeting
- Manage and develop programme materials such as T&C, FAQ, eDM, SMS and letters in an accurate and timely manner
- Regularly track & analyze campaign performance and business results
- Monitor competitors' activities & offers to ensure our offers maintain a competitive edge
- Work closely with agencies and vendors on campaign execution
- Handle internal enquiries on campaigns being assigned
- Conduct regular ROMI analysis to track and evaluate programme effectiveness
To be successful you will need: - Solid experience in planning and execution of below-the-line marketing programmes
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, with strong communications, interpersonal and project management skills
- Strong analytics, negotiation and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented mind-set
- Proficient in writing and presentation skills, including the use of PowerPoint visualizations to articulate data, convey key insights, and engage audiences
- Experience in insurance industry with good understanding of insurance regulations
- Efficient, self-motivated and comfortable to work in a fast-pace environment
- Undergraduate in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline
