to engage with agency and achieve core business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities: Events Management
- Develop, implement, and execute events that align with business priorities and needs.
- Independently manage events and projects of various scales from concept to on-site execution, coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Design and orchestrate holistic event experiences - from pre-event communication and on-site journey design to staging, programming, and post-event follow-through - to maximize engagement and motivation of the agency force.
- Generate creative, out-of-the-box ideas and translate them into impactful event concepts, experience touchpoints, staging effects, videos, and interactive formats.
- Manage and coordinate with various event and marketing agencies to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute ideas in developing event and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare content for events and interactive projects to support various business priorities.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm, refine, and evolve ideas that enhance event quality and recognition elements.
- Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Participate in occasional international travel for on-site event support, planning visits, or project execution when required.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or business needs.
Minimum Job Requirements: - University graduate of Marketing, Communication or equivalent
- 5 to 6 years' relevant experience in Event and Marketing communication.
- Experience in Event, PR & Production agency will be an advantage.
- Hands on experience in managing various scale of event or video production projects.
- Ability to plan, manage and implement multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership and passionate to marketing and communication.
- Detail minded and well organized.
- Good team player and proactive to participate in a team.
- Strong communication skills with good written Chinese and English.
- More experience candidates will be considered for Asistant Manager grade
