Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and delivery of eBanking mobile applications across iOS and React Native.
  • Define and govern mobile architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on leadership through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring.
  • Design secure and scalable mobile-to-backend integrations using enterprise APIs and authentication mechanisms.
  • Ensure adherence to banking-grade security, compliance, and secure coding standards.
  • Drive mobile CI/CD, release management, and production support.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality features.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years as a technical lead or senior mobile engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • iOS development using Swift (UIKit / SwiftUI)
    • React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript, hooks, state management)
  • Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g. MVVM, Clean Architecture).
  • Experience delivering mobile applications in a regulated environment (banking or fintech preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
