We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Change Agent. In this role you will: - Drive project delivery of complex customer experience enhancements from design through to release proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.
- Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs.
- Provide input to Business Case preparation, providing context and data to underpin assumptions.
- Be responsible for collaborating across multiple teams to deliver end-to-end value to customers: shape, deliver and embed.
- Bring structure and order to undefined and large-scale problems, making them easier to address and solve.
- Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team.
- Develop various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g. Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints).
- Participant in various governance forums, discuss, support and lead in presenting the key project progress, annual technology plan, risk, issues and escalations.
- Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects.
To be successful you will need: - Knowledge of Private banking & Wealth Business and project delivery experience.
- Strong experience of managing and implementing complex changes in banking environments.
- Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective.
- Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to adopt a growth mindset and proactively identify and bring about change opportunities.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective change process.
- Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
