We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Manager Business Management. In this role you will need: - Assist in managing governance committees of Head of GTS Asia at global, regional and cluster/market level.
- Assist the business in performance management and contribute to the ideation and tracking of the new initiatives aimed at business growth.
- Support GTS's data & analytics initiatives that would lead to revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
- Coordinate the preparation of papers/presentations requested by GTS Global teams, Global Businesses or Functions and regional/ country stakeholders.
- Lead and support various external awards pitching at regional level, including drafting pitches, conducting briefings and coordinating with markets.
- Assist with people-related initiatives, including townhalls, team events, communications and team activities.
- Support team administration including headcount management, GL reconciliation, end-to-end intern recruitment, onboarding and training.
- Ensure best practices are regularly shared between Regional/country teams.
To be successful you will need: - Demonstrated strategic thinking and high level of business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data analytics and familiarity with various HSBC systems and databases.
- Advanced data storytelling skills. Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to GTS and other corporate banking products. Frontline experience is advantageous.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across diverse team and markets.
- Strong organization skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Broad understanding of group strategy. An appreciation of the global nature of the HSBC's business.
- Ability to cope with pressure in a dynamic, fast growing and moving environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Suitable candidates with fewer years of experience may be offered lower GCB.
