  • A large Local Insurer is seeking a strong Business Analyst with PMO skills to join our finance transformation team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects in the insurance sector, combining FP&A modernisation, Anaplan expertise, and agency distribution knowledge.

Your new role
  • As Senior Delivery Lead / Project Manager, you will drive two major transformation initiatives:
  • Procurement workflow automation (including AI use cases)
  • Anaplan-based forecasting and plan-to-actual tracking tool

    You will work closely with our finance team, agency distribution teams, and external partners (including consultants), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong stakeholder alignment. This role reports directly to the Line Manager.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution
  • Facilitate workshops and manage senior stakeholders with confidence
  • Extend Anaplan functionality to agency and business teams, driving standardisation and efficiency
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Provide regular status reporting, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to achieve successful outcomes


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience modernising FP&A functions within insurance, ideally with Anaplan implementation

  • Strong project management and PMO skills, including stakeholder management and workshop facilitation

  • Commercial acumen in life insurance and agency distribution models

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence, negotiate, and secure buy-in across diverse teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English, with the ability to simplify complexity and handle pushback

  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on delivery

  • Background in finance (accounting, actuarial, or technical finance role) - qualification not mandatory
