It offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for career growth and leadership development. They're currently seeking a Consultant to join their Distribution & Partnership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Channel Head in executing business plans and strategic initiatives for assigned brokerage partners
- Manage day‑to‑day sales performance of mapped accounts, including tracking KPIs and preparing performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers to support business growth and new initiatives
- Assist in identifying process improvements and digital enablement opportunities to enhance the brokerage sales platform
- Coordinate with Training Representatives to support consistent, compliant, and quality business practices
- Monitor broker performance and sales quality to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent, with around 5 years of relevant experience in insurance or financial services.
- Solid understanding of insurance and investment products; brokerage or partner‑management exposure is an advantage
- Mainland Chinese Visitor (MVC) segment experience a must
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin required); strong MS Office skills.
- Preferred: Insurance Authority (IA) licenses (Papers 1, 2, 3, and 5) and MPFA license (Paper 4), or willingness to obtain relevant licenses if required
