We are seeking a Executive Assistant to Chairman who is proactive, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage office operations, as well as family-matters while embracing the entrepreneurial value of a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant to the Chairman (Founder) provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to ensure the Hong Kong office functions efficiently and effectively:-

  • Manage the Chairmans calendar with precision, prioritizing meetings, travel, and engagements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Assist in tracking strategic initiatives, projects, and key deliverables to ensure timely progress.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials to support the Chairmans meetings and decisions.
  • Liaise with regulators (SFC), auditors, CPA firm, technology vendors, and other external stakeholders
  • Support event planning, VIP visits, and corporate functions related to the Chairmans agenda
  • Provide personal assistance to the Chairman's personal schedules, travel arrangements, events, and family-related matters with discretion and professionalism.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
  • Approx. 4–5 years of experience in Executive assistant, Personal assistant, Office admin, or related area.
  • Prior exposure to family offices or experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, Founders, or Chairpersons is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent command of both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
