About the role
As a Senior Policy Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing operational support for life insurance products and ensure the smooth of the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy documents for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Prepare policy documents and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Participate in projects and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Communicate with customers regarding policy administration issues.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business or related discipline.
- 3+years of experience in policy administration.
- Knowledgeable with life insurance products
- Proficiency in both spoken Cantonese and written English.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
