We are supporting an established independent wealth management platform in its search for a motivated Client Relationship Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong. This is a unique opportunity for a rising professional with 3-4 years of experience in private wealth management, or institutional sales, client servicing, or investment advisory to work closely with senior relationship managers and the CxO, gaining direct exposure to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and sophisticated investment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior RMs to attend client meetings and follow up on service requests.
- Prepare polished presentation and marketing materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Support trade execution and understand the end-to-end securities dealing process.
- Conduct fund analysis, portfolio comparisons, and assist in portfolio construction; knowledge of Morningstar Direct is an advantage.
- Coordinate client communications and ensure timely responses to investment and operational matters.
- Assist in generating market ideas and preparing investment updates.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in wealth management, equities/fixed income sales, investment advisory, or client support roles
- Proactive, self-motivated, and client-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Morningstar Direct a plus.
- Sound understanding of securities trading and investment products.
- Eligible for registration under the HKSFC (Type 1, 4, 9).
- Candidates with strong UHNW relationships or potential to originate new business may be offered a higher compensation package.
