Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to pinpoint business challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Create and document business requirements, user stories, process workflows, risks, timelines, and communication plans for projects.
  • Execute all project tasks and deliverables in alignment with agreed timelines and budget estimates.
  • Engage and influence project stakeholders to secure the necessary support and input for project success.
  • Organize and lead project status and design meetings, facilitating brainstorming, decision-making, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement test plans to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end users to facilitate the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst, managing or consulting on large-scale projects in the financial services industry (preferably in insurance).
  • Strong understanding of project management control processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in business analysis techniques.
  • Strong abilities in change management and dispute resolution.
