Your new role - Support the planning, execution and monitoring of agency strategies to drive growth & productivity.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new top talents.
- Coordinate and deliver agency training programs, including onboarding and ongoing development.
- Provide guidance and support on agency systems and workflows.
- Monitor agency performance and prepare basic reports and insights.
- Work closely with agency leaders to support agent engagement and retention.
- Help agents improve sales performance through training, coaching, and resources.
- Conduct simple market and competitor reviews to support agency planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to support agency initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree
- 2 Years of relevant experience within the Insurance industry
- Knowledge of operations within Agency Department
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Able to work in a team and independently
