Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide professional services to the companys clients, regularly and effectively collect client needs and feedback, assist clients in solving problems, and expand the client network;
  2. Assist clients in account opening, ensuring all account documents comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, and conduct KYC and AML background checks;
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and organize client engagement activities;
  4. Assist in managing the companys daily operations, working closely with colleagues from different departments—for example, ensuring maintenance and renewal of equipment/contracts, and managing office supplies, stationery, and daily necessities;
  5. Communicate and coordinate with service providers as required by the company to ensure smooth operations;
  6. Organize interdepartmental company activities;
  7. Handle other tasks assigned by various departments.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree or above;
  2. Excellent planning, coordination, and analytical skills, along with strong communication abilities. Able to proactively coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operations;
  3. Outgoing, cheerful, with integrity and strong professional ethics. Passionate and proactive in work;
  4. Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal communication skills. A good team player with an agile mind and the ability to quickly learn new things;
  5. Strong learning ability and capable of identifying, solving problems, and achieving results under pressure;
  6. Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (spoken and written);
  7. Candidates with over 3 years of experience in the financial industry, or over 3 years of experience in investor relations and administrative management, will be given preference.

Note: Candidates for this position are required to pass the SFC licensing examination and obtain licensed representative status before or shortly after onboarding.
