- Develop and execute a data governance and data management strategy aligned with business goals.
- Operationalize data governance practices particularly in Collibra
- Develop metrics and reports / dashboards to measure key performance indicators such as data quality, accuracy, completeness
- Establish standards and governance for data management, including security , privacy, compliance, and ethics.
- Drive the usage of BI & Analytics tools
- Support the Data Management Working Group in overseeing the progress of Data Governance initiatives and address any data quality-related issues / gaps.
- Develop metrics and reports / dashboards to measure key performance indicators such as data quality, accuracy, completeness.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance and data management, preferably in banking or FS companies
- Hands-on experience with data governance tools, particularlyin Collibra , as well as automation tools (e.g., Alteryx)
- Hands-on experience in PowerBI & Tableau
- Expertise in regulatory requirements for banks, including regulatory reporting and BCBS 239
- Relevant certification in data governance (CDMP, Collibra) is a plus
- Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin, and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership experience
