A leading investment bank is seeking a senior trader to join the Solution Product team, focusing on cross-asset trading and enhancing their business for Greater China and global clients.
The role will concentrate on trading, performance and market analysis, and the development of trading strategies and tools, rather than on a pure business or client management position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Play as core member in trading strategy development and execution
• Conduct detailed P&L attribution, risk, and market analysis for fixed income and equity products
• Design, back-test, and implement trading strategies
• Handle structured note issuance/lifecycle and associated hedging portfolios (FICC- and equity-linked)
• Source trading counterparties to expand liquidity network
• Collaborate across sales, trading, risk, operations, and compliance for seamless execution
Qualifications:
• 8+ years hands-on trading experience in cross-asset solution products
• Proven skills in detailed P&L/risk analysis, trading strategy development and building tools.
• Experience managing structured notes and high interest in innovation with delivery mindset.
• Strong counterparty sourcing, team collaboration, policy adherence, and front-office managerial oversight beyond pure execution.
