ECM Analys/Associate/VP

• Manage and handle the execution of ECM transactions including IPOs, placing and other ECM transactions;
• Run financial analysis as well as prepare proposals;
• Provide market updates to clients and handling clients enquiries;
• Arrange and coordinate investor presentation and roadshow events; and
• Coordinate with PR for production of presentation and roadshow material.

Job requirements

• Degree Holder preferably in Finance/ Economics/ Business or related discipline;
• 3 + years relevant ECM experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong financial background;
• Self-motivated, possessing initiative and ability to work independently;
