Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment due diligence
- Assist in streamlining and optimizing onboarding procedures to enhance efficient while maintaining robust risk control measure
- Assist in monitoring recruitment vendor expenses and service quality to ensure compliance with contractual terms and service standard
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or relevant experience
- Experience in Application Tracking System is highly preferred
- Possess good understanding of recruitment practices and procedures
- Meticulous, mature, independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Good computer literacy in MS office: Word, Excel and PPT
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
