We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Customer Service Manager I In this role you will:
- Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience
- Ensure fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations
- Support the Branch Manager and manage a team when required
- Manage people
- Cover the Branch Manager during leave and perform delegated tasks
To be successful you will:
- Lead, Develop and Manage the Team
- Support and Manage Branch Operations
- Manage Customer Experience
- Protect the Bank - through vigilance against fraud, knowing your customer, adhereing to regulations/policies and minimising operational risk
