Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Define and lead the vision for the investment data platform, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall investment and finance strategy.
    • Drive the end-to-end delivery of a robust, scalable, and trusted investment data platform to support reporting, analytics, and risk management functions.
    • Establish a cohesive roadmap for investment data transformation, incorporating business requirements, technology capabilities, and regulatory needs.
  • Investment Risk Management & Reporting:

    • Oversee the integration of investment data to support enhanced risk management and reporting capabilities.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, supporting better investment decision-making and governance.
    • Ensure the platform supports comprehensive, accurate, and timely investment risk and performance reporting.
  • Transformation & Change Management:

    • Lead a large-scale transformation program, managing multiple workstreams and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.
    • Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the organization.
    • Foster collaboration among business, technology, and external vendor teams to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

    • Provide leadership and direction to a team of investment data and performance specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, portfolio managers, risk teams, and external vendors.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and driving alignment on business goals.
  • Governance & Risk Oversight:

    • Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards, driving accountability and consistency across the organization.
    • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the investment data transformation program.

  • Extensive experience in asset management, investment data, or investment operations, with a strong understanding of investment risk and reporting.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale transformation programs, including data platform implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of investment data concepts, including performance attribution, risk analytics, data governance, and reporting frameworks.
