Our client is not a typical startup; they are the "industry utility" for the Wealth Management sector, backed by a consortium of the world's largest investment banks and private banks. They provide the digital connectivity layer that allows Private Banks to price and trade structured products (ELNs, FCNs, Accumulators) instantly with multiple issuers.
They are looking for Industry Insiders —professionals coming from Private Banking or Investment Banking who understand the trade lifecycle and are ready to move into a high-impact Fintech role.
The Opportunities
We are hiring for two distinct tracks. Please specify which track fits your profile when applying.
Track A: The Strategic Account Manager (The "Farmer") Focus: Investment Bank / Issuer Relationships
- The Mission: You will manage the strategic relationships with the firm's Sell-Side partners (Global Investment Banks).
- The Role: You are the bridge between the trading floor and the platform. You will manage connectivity projects, resolve post-trade issues, and ensure issuers are quoting effectively.
- The Fit: Ideal for a candidate with a background in Client Services, Onboarding, or Product Management at an Investment Bank who understands "post-trade" services.
Track B: Business Development Manager (The "Hunter") Focus: Private Bank / Wealth Management Acquisition
- The Mission: You will hunt for new business, bringing new Private Banks, Family Offices, and EAMs onto the network.
- The Role: You will own the full sales cycle. You need to demonstrate to Wealth Managers how this technology solves their manual pain points (pricing speed, best execution compliance).
- The Fit: Ideal for a Sales Trader, Investment Counselor, or RM who brings an existing network and speaks Mandarin to target the regional wealth segment.
Who Should Apply
- Banking DNA: 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Private Banking, or Investment Banking.
- Product SME: Y ou are an expert in Structured Products. You understand the difference between an accumulator and a decumulator, and you know the workflow from pricing to settlement.
- Tech-Curious: You have an "appetite for technology." You can discuss API connectivity and digital transformation without getting lost.
- Network: You have established relationships in the Hong Kong/Singapore financial sector that you can leverage.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
