Your new company A leading insurer is looking for a seasoned Life & Health product development candidate.
Your new role - Lead product strategy, design, and development to support business growth.
- Explore new product ideas and validate concepts through customer & frontline insights.
- Partner with Actuarial, Operations, Distribution, Reinsurers, and Marketing to deliver initiatives.
- Conduct frontline training and district visits to strengthen product understanding.
- Prepare/review product literature and launch materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.
- Manage in-force product maintenance & post-launch reviews.
What you'll need to succeed - 10-15 years' experience in life insurance product development.
- Strong understanding of agency & bancassurance channels.
- Creative, customer-centric, and commercially minded.
- Solid project management & stakeholder engagement experience.
- Strong communication skills (English & Chinese).
What you'll get in return - Successful candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 60,000 to 80,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
