We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, Customer Experience and Portfolio Management.

In this role you wiil need:
  • Responsible for Client Relationship & Business Support; p rovide operational Support for Relationship Managers (RMs) and a ssist RMs in client reviews, including retrieving transaction records and preparing necessary documentation
  • Handle referrals from business partners, coordinating solutions to meet client needs
  • Support RM to handle customers' general banking inquiries, resolving issues efficiently
  • Conduct follow-up calls for proactive customers management, identifying referral opportunities for new business
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries by liaising with internal departments, ensuring accurate and timely feedback
  • Provide input and suggestions for process improvements, risk controls, and operational efficiency
  • Responsible for Compliance & Risk Management; f ollow the latest regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting any operational risks or process gaps


To be successful you will need:
  • Customer focused and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skill
  • Good understanding of general banking products and services as well as having sound knowledge in using bank operating systems
  • Good understanding on credit assessment or operations, approval process and security documentation is preferred, but not essential
  • Able to organize and deliver results under pressure
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
