Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Office VP with a strong background in asset management and consulting to join our Hong Kong office. In this crucial role, you will work closely with international stakeholders at our headquarters and collaborate with various departments to execute key commercial projects across Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead and coordinate cross-departmental project teams to successfully deliver key commercial projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with international stakeholders to align project goals and expectations, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Presentations: Produce regular reports and presentations for senior management, effectively articulating project progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis specifically related to asset management to inform project strategy and support decision-making processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements to enhance project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the asset management sector is required.
- Previous consulting experience is highly preferred, providing insights into best practices and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to communicate complex information clearly and engage effectively with senior management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
