Required Experience

- Solid grounding in quantitative trading concepts and familiarity with Rust and C++ - driven trading infrastructure.
- Strong risk discipline with experience managing real‑time trading in highly dynamic markets.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex market concepts across teams.
