The Job
  • Support and execute end-to-end policy servicing tasks for High Net Worth (HNW) customers with high accuracy, professionalism, and timely turnaround.
  • Handle enquiries from distributors, brokers, and wealth partners; provide quality frontline servicing and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Prepare, verify, and process policy-related documents such as endorsements, amendments, reinstatements, and routine servicing requests.
  • Conduct detailed checks on policy information, system inputs, and documentation to ensure compliance and minimize errors.
  • Track and report operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and service accuracy, supporting continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure all servicing processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and AML/CTF standards.

The Person
  • 3-5 years of experience in life insurance operations; experience in HNW servicing is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, policy administration processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with the willingness to mentor and coach junior members.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with insurance systems or digital servicing platforms is an advantage.
