Job Purpose

The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic clients across the Greater China region. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor, while working closely with internal stakeholders across APAC to deliver high-quality solutions and service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key clients across Greater China, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Responsible for managing all revenue streams across ICE Data Services' full suite of products and services.
  • Build trusted relationships at all levels of client organizations, including senior leadership and C-suite executives.
  • Drive client retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities through a deep understanding of client needs and regional market dynamics
  • Partner with clients to align on strategic priorities, lead account planning, and manage complex contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, escalations, and client concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development and regional stakeholders to close new business and ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Track account performance, revenue trends, and pipeline activity to support growth and forecasting.


Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably within financial services or a related industry
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-value client relationships within the Greater China market
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record in revenue growth and client retention
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently while effectively navigating a matrixed, regional organization
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
  • Cantonese proficiency is strongly preferred
  • Client-centric mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort handling complex or sensitive client issues
