We are seeking multiple experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultants (Business Analyst/Functional Lead/Solution Architect) to join a major, multi-phase transformation program for a leading enterprise. You will play a critical role in implementing a HR digital core across the Hong Kong and Mainland China regions.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with different internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements from key users.
- Translate business needs into effective SAP SuccessFactors solution designs and configurations.
- Enforce design standards, quality gates, and solution governance to mitigate risk across the large-scale implementation.
- Support all project lifecycle activities, from blueprinting and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with the functional lead and PMO to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Requirements - 5+ years of working experience in IT projects and business analyst
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors: Deep, hands-on experience with relevant SuccessFactors module(s) (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, etc.)
- Large-Scale Implementation Experience: Demonstrable experience with full-lifecycle, large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring the ability to handle project complexity and governance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly preferred.
