Your new role

  • Operate and assist Finance Operations in respect of payments for life insurance and Treasury Operations

  • Monitor the routine liquidity threshold and assure liquidity adequacy in collaboration with key local and Group level stakeholders.

  • Assist in SAP posting or ad hoc Treasury related reporting & liquidity position as driven by insurance business.

  • Adhere to a risk-sensitive mindset and apply process efficiency across BAU activities


The candidate will participate and perform the following general support duties under Finance Operations:


  • Monitor daily bank balances and prepare treasury summary reports for management.

  • Execute daily payment operations for life insurance, including bank transfers, system reconciliations, and policy system updates.

  • Prepare daily cash flow forecasts and analyse variances to improve forecast accuracy.

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items, discrepancies, and suspense items promptly.

  • Support month-end closing and prepare treasury-related reports.

  • Ensure treasury activities comply with company policies, authority matrix, and internal controls.

  • Provide reconciliation files and documentation for internal and external audits.

  • Assist in process automation and continuous operational improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • University graduate majoring in Accounting or related disciplines

  • Finalist of HKICPA or equivalent professional accountancy bodies is an advantage.

  • At least 5 years' work experience in accounting/auditing

  • Work experience in an insurance company is an advantage.

  • Good analytical skills

  • Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong risk awareness
