Our client is well-established Insurance Company in Hong Kong is now looking for a seasonal Agency Strategy Professional
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Leadership: Spearhead the aggressive expansion of the Life Insurance business specifically through the Agency Distribution Channel.
- Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure new high-value agency partnerships to broaden market reach.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive exponential sales growth, with a clear focus on increasing APE targets year-over-year.
- Product Integration: Oversee the successful integration of our product suite to meet the needs of diverse business partners.
Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 7 years of extensive life insurance business experience.
- Demonstrated track record of problem-solving and executive leadership capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
- The candidate will mainly be responsible for Business Development matters, e.g. explore new channel or partnership, for our agency force.
- Candidate with similar experience in small brokerage firm, family office, investment emigration advisory, etc are preferred.
