- Monitor and support a highly distributed Linux-based trading system
- Partner with the Platform Engineering team on server imaging, testing, deployment, and system configuration
- Act as a key liaison between the trading desk and network, security, market data, and platform teams on production issues and new system setups
- Provide multi-level production support for traders, strategists, and quantitative researchers
- Help improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency across the trading stack

- Experience supporting production or mission-critical systems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with traders, quants, and engineers
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues under pressure
- Financial services or trading environment experience preferred, but not required
- Good understanding of financial instruments and markets is a plus
- Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
