- A leading Global Bank under the Corporate and Commercial Banking division. This will support a large program to revamp digital platforms and enhance customer experience.
The Role
- Product ownership and strategy, take full ownership of one or more products, managing the entire product lifecycle and end-to-end customer journey, define and drive product strategy, including differentiation, value proposition, and positioning across customer segments.
- Customer experience and innovation, champion exceptional customer experiences by analyzing customer behavior, conducting research, and leveraging expert insights to identify and implement impactful improvements.
- Product delivery and execution, actively manage and prioritise the product backlog and collaborate closely with the Business, UXUI, Ops, Technology, and Transformation teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of the digital product roadmap.
- Performance and outcomes, define and maintain product requirement baselines, ensuring alignment with change management policies and traceability to business goals.
- Identify and support the rollout of scalable capabilities that drive consistency and value across markets and digital channels.
Your Profile
- Digital product management experience 5+ years
- Commercial and Corprate banking product knowledge
- Proven stakeholder management skill
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-regional teams
