About the Role Our global retail client is urgently seeking a Business Analyst to support ongoing store technology and system transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work across POS, Store Operations Systems (SOS), and retail back-office systems, acting as the bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
This role requires someone who can join immediately or with short notice and contribute to critical project activities from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements for retail technology projects
- Support POS and SOS system enhancement and deployment
- Liaise with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
- Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, and integration requirements
- Assist in defining high-level test cases and coordinating UAT
- Track project timelines, issues, and deliverables with the project manager
- Contribute to presentations, reports, and project communication materials
Candidate Requirements
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (retail industry experience strongly preferred)
- Understanding of system integration flows and testing concepts
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Clear communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience in vendor coordination or project management support is an advantage
