We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager.

In this role you will:
  • Oversee liquidity and cash management for financial institutions and corporates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Ensure revenue retention and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality account management and servicing, managing risks and escalations.
  • Lead service delivery at global, regional, and local levels, coordinating with internal and cross-country teams to resolve issues.
  • Engage regularly with clients' Treasury, IT, and Finance teams to understand their needs.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of client operations to identify how HSBC products can best support them.
  • Manage bespoke treasury projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver tailored business reviews, using metrics to drive improvements.


To be successful you will need:
  • Proven experience in banking sales, relationships, or account management, ideally with multinational clients or financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of global cash management and related products.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative client solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present complex information through compelling business narratives, and robust project management abilities.
  • Minimum of a university degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in international and large-scale financial environments, preferably fast-paced.
  • Understanding of corporate treasury, foreign exchange, intercompany loans, payroll, and payments.
  • Awareness of competitor products and industry best practices.
  • Advanced or intermediate Excel skills and the ability to converse in Cantonese and Mandarin are considered an advantage.
