About the job We are hiring a HRBP for our client, a well-established financial services company with strong presence in Asia. This person will oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes for both the Hong Kong and UAE office. Open to consider pure agency background candidate (FS recruiter).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes for both the Hong Kong and UAE offices, focusing on attracting high-caliber talent across various positions.
- Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies tailored to regional market dynamics and staffing requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership in both locations to understand their specific staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Facilitate regular communication with teams in both regions to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and updates on progress.
- Enhance the candidate experience by effectively communicating the value proposition of working with the organization in both markets.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Stay abreast of market trends and insights in both Asia and the Middle East to advise the business on competitive talent strategies and compensation standards.
- Use data analytics to track recruitment metrics and refine processes accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand across multiple platforms in both regions.
- Organize and participate in recruitment fairs and networking events to promote the organization as an employer of choice in each market.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, specifically within the financial services sector.
- Prior experience in an agency recruitment environment is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with the recruitment of financial services landscape in both Hong Kong and the UAE is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels in different cultures.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing talent and improving recruitment strategies.
