HR Operations

  • Manage full HR lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, visa applications/ renewals, MPF contribution management, benefits and administration

Office Management

  • Facilities management and tracking of office supplies
  • Primary point of contact for service providers including utilities, cleaning, insurance and telecommunication
  • Oversees corporate insurance policies and handle annual renewals

Finance and Corporate Tax

  • Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and manage filing of corporate tax returns
  • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, with the support of an Accountant

Requirements:

  • Proven hybrid experience in human resources and office management
  • Experience within a Family Office, Asset Management firm or boutique luxury provider is preferred
  • Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in a European language is preferred but not a must
  • Being hands-on and comfortable wearing multiple hats
