A Hong Kong-based Family Office is looking for a dynamic HR & Office Manager, managing growth from 6 to 10 staff.
HR Operations
- Manage full HR lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, visa applications/ renewals, MPF contribution management, benefits and administration
Office Management
- Facilities management and tracking of office supplies
- Primary point of contact for service providers including utilities, cleaning, insurance and telecommunication
- Oversees corporate insurance policies and handle annual renewals
Finance and Corporate Tax
- Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and manage filing of corporate tax returns
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, with the support of an Accountant
Requirements:
- Proven hybrid experience in human resources and office management
- Experience within a Family Office, Asset Management firm or boutique luxury provider is preferred
- Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in a European language is preferred but not a must
- Being hands-on and comfortable wearing multiple hats
