Job Description: - Lead a team covering risk management, controls, compliance, and new product review
- Ensuring a robust risk framework while fostering business growth in a controlled environment
- Develop and maintain an effective risk measurement and control mechanism across business operations
- Work closely with front, middle, and back office teams to identify emerging risks and implement regulatory changes and mitigation strategies
- Ensure daily and BAU operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Review and enhance procedure manuals to align with the latest regulatory and bank-wide policies
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance or related disciplines
- 10+ years of banking experience (minimum), with 5+ years at supervisory role preferred
- In-depth knowledge in treasury products, operations, and systems ((e.g., Reuters, Bloomberg, front-office trading platforms)
- Proven leadership with strong team management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Fluent in English & Chinese, (Cantonese & Putonghua), both written and spoken
