A top US investment bank is seeking an analyst to join its Debt Capital Markets team, supporting the execution of a broad range of debt products.
Your new role
- Assisting DCM team members with marketing materials and the execution process for debt transactions across the Greater China region.
- Coordinating with fixed income sales, research, and trading teams to gather insights on sector developments, credit trends, and investor sentiment.
- Maintaining regular communication with investment banking coverage teams and public‑side fixed income groups to support deal workflows.
- Developing and analysing financial models, as well as preparing client presentations and related materials.
- Participating in internal discussions and client meetings, with occasional responsibility for presenting selected sections.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- 1+ year of experience in Debt Capital Markets or a closely related role.
- Strong grasp of financial principles with the ability to evaluate companies analytically.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the creativity to propose innovative approaches to complex challenges.
- High proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Dedicated to producing top‑quality deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and motivated, with a clear focus on achieving goals.
