Responsibilities
  • Act as the Digital Project Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of projects in related to consumer banking products.
  • Work closely & collaboratively with Product, Operations, Technology, COO, Legal & Compliance and Customer Support Teams inensuring end-to-end system and process delivery
  • Lead and manage UAT in projects, ensuring system behavior conforms to the solution design
  • Review system solutions / narratives to ensure that specifications are designed in accordance to business requirements
  • Ensure all development and rollouts comply with the necessary internal and external risk & regulatory clearance process.
  • Oversee pre and post implementation tasks including user stories preparation, testing, production launch and verification, timely and smooth production problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation.
  • Provide regular review meeting with key stakeholders on the system enhancement & initiatives, and progress update, in order to smoothen operation
  • Ensure production incident are resolved within the SLA and prompt follow-up to ensure closure of issues
  • Oversee and manage digital projects to ensure all aspects of the projects are planned, tracked, and implemented to successful completion in accordance to the digital roadmap
  • Define and agree project scope with relevant stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and execute within approved budget and schedule
  • Proactively manage issues, risks and deliverables according to agreed scope and in accordance to project governance rules
Job Requirement
  • University Degree
  • Preferable in Consumer Banking, and in area of consumer banking or digital project delivery
  • Preferable with knowledge of agile methodology and project management life cycle, systems, rules and regulationsrelated to banking & investment
  • Ability to evaluate value of ideas, and transform into action by leveraging best practices in change management
  • Experience in managing projects end-to-end and participated in different milestones within a project lifecycle such as business requirements development, test management and execution, implementation, etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player
  • Self-starter with customer centricity mindset, and able to rise up to challenges and manage stringent delivery timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of risk awareness and control.
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and commitment
  • Work independently and able to handle multiple projects with the ability to take on different types of roles and activities at the same time
