  • Oversee project management from planning through execution, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and meet established quality standards.
  • Manage the customer segment and drive marketing initiatives to expand the customer portfolio.
  • Assist team head to assess the outcomes of various customer segment programs, preparing comprehensive reports and proposals with actionable recommendations to enhance overall business performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analyses of sales performance, providing insights and suggestions to the sales team to help achieve targets.
  • Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to address business needs from a comprehensive perspective.
  • Gather and analyze data and feedback periodically, making informed business recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations in all aspects of work.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in segment management and business strategy development.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in business development and marketing planning.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
