Job Responsibilities - Lead and manage all branch staff to achieve preset business goals and targets
- Plan and manage business strategies and activities to meet business targets
- Oversee daily branch operations
- Ensure high quality of services are provided to customers
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements - Bachelor degree or above, with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5- 8 years of solid branch management experience
- Good knowledge and strong sense on compliance and banking regulations
- Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
