Job Responsibilities - Check and review the dealing orders, dividend payments and monthly statements to investors
- Assist in the collation of know your client and due diligence documents
- Responsible for the set up of ETF and enquiries from fund managers
- Work closely with auditors for audit enquiries
- Perform User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and new product
- Ensure the operation procedures are adhered to regulatory and bank requirements
- Supervise and provide training to junior staff and participate in ad hoc projects
Job Requirements - Degree holder in Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of transfer agency experience
- Experience in ETF is a must
- Experience in series of shares processing and equalization methodology is an asset
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft applications and Geneva is preferred
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
