The Job
  • Lead case management team to support HNW business across various jurisdictions. Draft and implement the best case submission workflow to comply with company internal polices and respective regulatory requirements.
  • Support distribution channels to grow High Net Worth business for the company, including but not limited to Brokerage, Tied Agency and Bancassurance.
  • Be the subject matter expert, lead case management team to provide support to distribution channels, both internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive discussions with relevant parties (internal & external) to ensure problems are solved
  • Conduct training to sales channels (including Tied Agency, Bank/Brokers fellows)
  • Review and streamline procedure regularly to drive efficiency, monitor daily operations to comply with company internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Onboard new banks for premium financing, review workflow, assignment documents and obtain clearance from internal stakeholders
  • Maintain good records, generate status reports for management as needed
  • Manage and develop team members to carry out effective support to the sales teams

The Person
  • University graduate with at least 10 years relevant experience including at least 5 years of management experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
  • Proactive, able to handle various projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge on life insurance products, premium financing, business insurance with company and trust structure
  • Very strong in interpersonal, presentation, negotiation & problem solving skills
  • Strong in PC skills in using MS Office, managing MIS report
  • High level of risk, sales quality and compliance awareness
